Life Transition Coaching
Erica Sofrina, CLC
- Are you at a crossroads?
- Do you want to do work that makes your heart sing, but don't know how to find it, or make a living doing it?
- Do you have a small alternative business but can't make a go of it?
- Are you looking for a way to connect more deeply to your spirituality?
- Are you ready to follow that inner voice that says- you were meant to be and do more?
If answer YES to any of these questions, I invite you to bring along a friend who has traveled these paths, learned where the mine-fields are, and figured out how to bring her dreams into reality.
I am Erica Sofrina, and I have been there!
12 years ago I left my executive, high-paying, safe job in the corporate world to follow my passion. I have walked this path, weathered the high's and low's, negotiated the mine-fields, and have created a successful business. I now get to do what I love, and make a living doing it!
Benjamin Disraeli said most people die with their music still in them. I couldn't bear to be one of these. I was terrified to leave my safe-life behind and jump into unknown waters, but I also couldn't bear to come to the end of my life and face never trying.
I didn't know how to find my 'true' work or passion, nor did I know how to make a living doing it. I just knew that if I didn't, something vital inside me would die.
I chose life - and I have never looked back! I have been scared out of my wits many times, but it has been an adventure that I will never regret. Just as I was starting this journey I remember hearing an anonymous Sufi quote:
That which you seek has been seeking you from the beginning......
This quote changed my life. It presented the possibility that:
- This yearning within me might have been planted there from the source-of-life it's self
- That there was actually something to be found
- And...that both the yearning and the thing to be found came from the same place.
12 years after leaving my safe-path behind and launching into doing my true work I can attest to this. The thing that I didn't realize was that I didn't have to travel it alone. The invisible guidance that called me was also my partner every adventurous step of the way.
Forging your own path takes guts, support and clarity of vision. Guts does not mean you aren't terrified, it just means that you feel the fear and do it anyway.
If you are looking for a fellow traveler who has weathered the up's and downs of walking their authentic path, I would be honored to walk that path beside you and share the wisdom I have gathered from this most amazing and greatest adventure of my life!
To your unfolding.....
