Feng Shui Practitioner Certification Training Program: Our Core Program, Western Form School Feng Shui

This comprehensive four-day program that introduces you to powerful methods that teach you how to bring your life into harmony through shifting the space around you. Taught from a western perspective, this approach is easy to understand and applicable to the modern lifestyle.  Designed to enrich your current career or guide you to the next, everyone can benefit from this program, including interior and landscape designers, architects, realtors, professional organizers, holistic health practitioners, yoga instructors and those re-entering the workplace. We offer a comprehensive program that is an exciting combination of hands-on exercises, classroom practicum's and power point presentations designed to give you a clear visual representation of all that you will be learning. After the four-day class students will return home to complete their homework assignments which consist of doing Feng Shui consultations for residences, businesses and landscapes, sketching the floor plans of the above and writing them up. Once the student has successfully completed the homework assignments they will receive their Practitioner Certification. Please contact us for more details.

Classes are kept small for optimum learning experience and fill up quickly. We encourage you to send in your "save my space" $ 150 application fee to insure your place for any upcoming program. Tuition: $ 1500 Discounts Available: $ 400 for payment in full 90 days prior to start date, $ 300/60 days and $ 200/30 days. For those of you who cannot travel to a location to take our four-day Feng Shui Practitioner Certification Training Program, we are taking it to you! Our much anticipated Feng Shui Practitioner Home Study Certification Program is now available!

What it covers: This is a comprehensive program that covers all of the same material as our on-site four-day Practitioner Certification Training. Designed in four courses, each course builds your knowledge leading you to the next. By the time you have completed Course IV you will have completed all of the assignments necessary to receive your Practitioner Certification.

You Have a Personal Mentor: You will be assigned regularly scheduled mentoring sessions via telephone or Skype with one of our experts in the field, to support you every step of the way! Your mentors will be one of our School Directors with over a decade of experience in the industry.

Classical Compass School Feng Shui Practitioner Certification Program - Advanced Training Click here for dates

In this program you will discover the deeper meaning of the Eight Trigrams and the I Ching. Become skillful on implementing the Bagua, Ming Gua and Ba Zhai together without confusion and learn how to find where the best chi of a building is to determine the most powerful places for cures or enhancements.

You will become proficient at taking a compass reading to determine the most auspicious and inauspicious areas of a building for personal and business use. With this skill you will also gain knowledge on how to determine the astrology of a building, based upon the time it was built and the facing and sitting directions. In addition, you will learn how to interpret your client’s best personal power directions for sleeping, working and sitting. We will visit some surrounding buildings where students will practice calculating the compass directions and apply “flying the stars”.

Cancellation Policy
Refund of the tuition will not be given for the training programs if a student has to cancel. If a student finds they have a conflict with the date after they have enrolled in the program, or an emergency has come up, they may take the program at any other available date or location or transfer it to someone else. You will also have the option of enrolling in our Feng Shui Practitioner HOME STUDY Certification Program. However, if the on-site class has to be canceled for some reason, the student will receive a full refund.

Requirements for Feng Shui Practitioner Certification
Once a student has completed the Feng Shui Practitioner Certification Training program they will have homework assignments they must complete and turn in within six months in order to receive their Feng Shui Certification.  Upon the successfully completion of their homework assignments, they will be awarded a Feng Shui Practitioner Certification from the Academy of Feng Shui. Please contact us regarding the details of the required homework assignments.

About our Instructors 

Erica Sofrina, Founder

Erica Sofrina is the Founder of the West and East Coast Academies of Feng Shui and the Director of the West Coast Academy, which she founded a decade ago. She is an internationally recognized teacher, consultant, lecturer and author of the book "Small Changes, Dynamic Results! Feng Shui for the Western World". She has run a  successful consulting and interior design business for over a decade bringing with her 25 years prior experience as a Director of Sales and Marketing in the corporate arena. She specialized in Home Redesign and is a master at transforming the ordinary into the extraordinary! She is a graduate of the Western School of Feng Shui and holds a masters degree in Music from Notre Dame de Namur University and is also a talented Opera and Musical Theater performer.
 
Erica is known for her inspiring and practical teaching style that encompasses her engaging personality, her love of connecting with groups and her wealth of knowledge and experience. Her ability to translate this complex art and science into simple, usable applications has brought her international acclaim as a premiere teacher of Feng Shui for the West.

Michelle Luongo, East Coast director

Michelle Luongo is a recognized Feng Shui Consultant, published author,  lecturer, instructor and the Director of our sister school, the East Coast Academy of Feng Shui. She is also the founder of a successful Feng Shui consulting practice;Balanced Living, Inc. Born and raised in New York, Michelle has spent over twenty-five years in the corporate sales and marketing industry. She now makes her home in Ft. Lauderdale and serves the entire eastern seaboard.

Michelle is a graduate of the West Coast Academy of Feng Shui and is certified in both the Western and Classical Traditional Compass Programs. Having studied Feng Shui for over 10 years with leading experts in the field, she has complemented her insights through advanced studies in Chinese Metaphysics, the I Ching, and the Eight Trigrams. She is also certified in Feng Shui Green Design with a background in Interior Redesign.

Michelle is a sought-after speaker and inspiring educator with a talent for bringing real-life situations into her Feng Shui programs, workshops and seminars.  Her dedication to her students and passion for her work resonates through her practice, seminars, and testimonials!

Michelle is a Red Ribbon member of the International Feng Shui Guild as well as the Web Marketing Director on the Board of Directors.

Diana Zamudio – Green Design Program instructor

Diana Zamudio is a Certified Feng Shui Consultant , Certified Green Building Professional and a graduate of the West Coast Academy of Feng Shui and the instructor for the Green Design Program at the West Coast Academy of Feng  Shui. 

She is also the Founder of eco6design, an eco-friendly showroom located in down town Half Moon Bay, California. Eco6design specializes in Interior Design, Expert color advice, and Feng Shui. The combined perspective - understanding the synergy between space planning, color selections, placement of furnishing, ecofriendly building products and more - provides her with an excellent advantage from which to achieve amazing results. Diana has been an interior designer for over 20 years, graduating from San Jose State with a BS in interior design.

One of Diana's passions in life is watching people and places transform and evolve into beautiful works of art. Whether a person is growing from life's challenges, or an interior transforms into a harmonious, well balanced space, she finds an enormous amount of joy in these experiences.
